JAMMU, APRIL 24 (KNO) : Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh today said that Government is fulfilling the commitments made within a time bound manner The Deputy Chief Minister said this while interacting with a delegation of KAS Officers Association and Civil Secretariat Non-GazettedEmployees Coordination Committee, led by its Chairman, Ghulam Rasool Mir, who had come to thank him for the historic decisions taken by the government in yesterday’s cabinet.

Deputy Chief Minister said that the government had committed to employees of State Government regarding implementation of 7th Pay Commission recommendations in their favour from April and the same fulfilled inspite of the serious financial crunch He further maintained that government is committed to the welfare of the employees and their welfare and career progression is being addressed. Both the delegations thanked Deputy Chief Minister for taking steps also like removing stagnation of officers and creating avenues of promotions for other subordinate staff.
